Our Mobile WellnessTeam:

Our on-site corporate health and wellness teams are tailored to meet your specific needs and will vary based on the level of services desired.

Our physician-directed team of medical professionals includes a physician assistant or nurse practitioner plus a nurse, medical assistant or other allied health professional.

Our Mobile Wellness Team includes:

In all cases, a Physician will provide clinical oversight for the entire care team, supervising clinical decision-making and the patient’s plan of care.

Registered Nurse:
Provides clinical evaluation and treatment under the supervision of the Physician.

Advanced Practice Provider:
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) are qualified to diagnose medical problems, order treatments, prescribe medications, and make referrals for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Registered Dietitian:
Provides diet and nutrition counseling, tailored to meet the needs of the patient, taking into consideration any chronic diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.

Exercise Specialist:
Offers individualized counseling and support for incorporating exercise into a healthy lifestyle. Health Educator: Provides individual counseling and guidance or group classes and programs based on specific needs identified among your employees.
